THE draft schedule for the final two days of the Brandon Estates appeal inquiry has been released.

After being adjourned in late September, the inquiry resumes on Monday November 27 at 9.30am.

The business for this day concerns a planning obligation matter regarding the contribution to NHS Trust. Legal submissions are to be followed by witness cross-examination and re-examination involving representatives from the Council and NHS Trust.

The schedule for Tuesday November 28 (9.30am) commences with a ‘Planning Obligation and Conditions’ Round Table discussion.

This will be followed by the Closing submissions from all three parties – the Appelant, the Council and SCS (as the Rule 6 party). These may each be up to one hour in duration.
