IT'S exactly a decade since supporters turned out in huge numbers at Brandon for the Celebration of the life of Bees legend Nigel Boocock, who passed away in 2015.
An emotional morning saw Nigel take his final lap around the circuit as his ashes were transported by former World Champion Peter Collins along with grandson Thomas.
The main address to the crowd was made by Nigel's brother Eric, who related many stories of Nigel's life and career, and he was joined by many riders of yesteryear.
The service concluded with the committal of the ashes to the track at the start-line, and the release of white doves as a sign of peace.
